About Stepping Stone Real Estate

Our History

I have a passion for Real Estate!

I began investing in rental properties in 1999. I quickly realized I love real estate and wanted to learn more. I became licensed in July 2001. For the next 7 years, I specialized in residential real estate - representing over 300 clients successfully close transactions in the Pikes Peak Region. In 2008, I transitioned to commercial real estate. In October 2018, I made the transition back to residential real estate, and I am excited to be here today!

Real estate is not easy. There are many laws, rules and regulations, appraisals, title commitment, surveys, quiet title actions and the list goes on. And there's one more thing - people. Clients who become friends and even like family. Clients who maybe just got married or have a growing family. Or others who are going through a difficult financial time or divorce. These clients need a professional who listens, understands, and can help get them to the next stage. With as little hassle as possible. Saving as much money as possible. Helping customers, my clients, my friends - that is what I love about being a Realtor! It's been said a thousand times - when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. In reality, there is a lot of work to be done in any transaction. This work takes knowledge, diligence and a flexible professional with a dedication to her client's best interest. It is my honor to work for you! Call or email me to buy or sell your next home!
